The most simple calculation of minimum viewing distance is Pixel Pitch of the LED display multiplies 0.76.

E.g. P16mm pixel pitch could have a best viewing distance:
P16 x 0.76= 12.16 mts 
 
Please note that practically the viewing distance varies from the audience’s viwing angle, environments, light etc. So the above definition is just as a reference value.
